Cindy Barker supports Mission Met's Strategic Planning Cohort program as a consultant through Thrive Alliance. A Bay Area native, she focuses on uplifting local nonprofits and strengthening community impact across San Mateo County.

Cindy brings years of experience volunteering and consulting with nonprofits across multiple sectors. She has built strong skills in fundraising, brand development, and strategic planning. At Thrive Alliance, she works to advance nonprofit coalition building and deepen relationships with Silicon Valley leaders.

Cindy holds a Master's in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education. She rowed as a Division I student-athlete at Notre Dame, and she carries that team player, can-do mentality into her work at Thrive Alliance.
